Return Policy

Returns and Refunds will not be accepted unless the item is damaged in transit. If damage please send us photos to ljusfangst@urtida.com

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy

Prints are made and shipped from Sweden.
All prints are made-to-order so please allow up to 3 days to be processed.
Prints are rolled and packaged in a tube.
Shipping time depends on your location.
You will receive an email update after payment is processed.

Licensing

All of our images are available for licensing for both commercial and editorial use. Licensing fees vary based on the usage and duration of the license. Our images are of high-quality, high-resolution, and sharpness. Please contact us with your specific requests.

Custom Projects

We are available for custom photography projects, such as capturing your brand in natural environments or creating tailored visuals for your unique needs. Also, we are offering photo trips. Contact us to discuss your project!
